Egyptian marble

Marble

Egypt quarries more beige marble than anywhere else on earth, and the beds behind Minya, Suez and Sinai have been worked continuously since the pyramids. This is the full range we cut, finish and ship.

Egyptian marble is overwhelmingly a warm-toned, calcitic stone: creams, beiges and golds with a fine even crystal, plus one important grey family out of Minya. It takes a high polish, works easily on a CNC, and — because block production is enormous — it is one of the few natural stones you can specify on a multi-year project and still match two years later.
