Drag the slab to turn it, or use the arrow keys. Switching finish re-renders the surface — polished throws a hard specular, the abraded finishes open the surface up and knock the colour back.
Galala Gold is a selection, not a second quarry. Blocks coming off the Galala plateau with a warm gold vein running through the beige are set aside and sold under their own name; the body of the stone is unchanged, the same fine, even crystal as Galala Classic. What changes is what it is for. The gold thread takes it out of the neutral beiges and onto the surfaces meant to be looked at: a lobby floor, a reception desk front, a clad wall, a flight of stairs. The trade-off is quantity. The parent production behind it is deep, but the gold blocks picked out of it are not, which is why availability reads medium and selected rather than continuous, and why a matched area is best booked as a single lot. Polished, honed, brushed and antique are produced; the format list ends at steps, with no sills or mosaic.
Galala Extra is the opposite selection off the same mountain: the palest, least-marked blocks, cut separately so they behave as a neutral. Gold is the blocks that were never going to be neutral.

Photographs
Galala Gold in the yard
Photographs of our own blocks, slabs and finished work. Slab photography shows one slab — the block it came from is what you are quoted against.
Laid out
Galala Gold across a floor
A photograph shows one slab on a stand. This shows the stone tile after tile — where the pattern repeats, how far the tone drifts across a batch, and what the joint does to it. Every tile here is cut from a different part of the surface, the way material comes out of a real crate.
Indicative layout. Tone drift is deliberate — no two tiles from one batch match exactly, and a laid floor should never look like one photograph repeated.
In the room
Galala Gold against your wall colour
Nobody buys stone on a white background. Put Galala Gold on the floor, up the wall or across a worktop, set the colour it will actually sit against, and change the light — the same three questions every client asks on a site visit, answered before the sample ships.
A scene, not a render of your project: proportions are indicative and colour on a screen is never the colour in a room. Send us the drawings and we will lay the real slab sizes out against your setting-out.
Surface
Galala Gold, close up
The slab above turns; this is the same stone at the size it sits in your hand. Change the finish and it re-cuts.
Roughly a 130 mm span of Galala Gold, polished. A rendered preview, not a photograph of stock — ask for a physical sample before you specify.

Formats
How Galala Gold is supplied
Blocks
Quarry blocks selected and squared. Typical 2.6 – 3.0 × 1.5 × 1.5 m, 18 – 30 tonnes. Sold by m³, loaded on flat rack or in-container with steel cradles.
Gangsaw slabs

Asked about this stone
Galala Gold — questions buyers ask
Is Galala Gold a different stone from Galala Classic?
Same mountain and the same fine, even crystal. Gold is simply the blocks that came out carrying a warm gold vein through the beige, separated and sold under their own name.
Can Gold and Classic run together on one project?
The beige ground is common to both, so they sit together without a colour clash — Classic across the field where volume is needed, Gold where a surface should hold the eye. Send both quantities together so the grounds are matched off the same production.
How much can I get in one order?
Quantity is the constraint here rather than colour, since this is a selected-block material at medium availability. Book a matched area as one lot; anything ordered later is drawn from a different selection.
Are sills or mosaic available in Galala Gold?
No. The format list runs blocks, slabs, tiles, cut-to-size and steps. Where a detail needs matching sills or mosaic, Galala Classic covers both and shares the same beige ground.
