Drag the slab to turn it, or use the arrow keys. Switching finish re-renders the surface — polished throws a hard specular, the abraded finishes open the surface up and knock the colour back.
Royal Beige comes out of the Suez and Eastern Desert workings as a decorated stone rather than a neutral one. The ground is a full beige, and across it runs a brown drift that changes direction slab to slab; the better blocks also carry a thread of gold through that drift, which is what the name is bought for. The gold is a block-by-block property rather than a guaranteed feature, so it has to be selected for and confirmed before a quantity is fixed. Because the pattern is doing work on its own, Royal is normally specified for one surface in a scheme — a lobby floor, a lift lobby, a stair, a fireplace surround, a reception desk — with a quieter beige carrying everything else. It goes out as blocks, slabs, tiles, cut-to-size and steps, polished, honed, brushed or antique. The finish list stops at antique with no abraded external face, and every application on the record is an interior one.
Galala Gold carries a gold thread too, but everything else about it is Galala — an even, fine-crystal beige with the thread laid over the top. Royal Beige is the more decorated ground of the two: brown drift first, gold second.

Photographs
Royal Beige in the yard
Photographs of our own blocks, slabs and finished work. Slab photography shows one slab — the block it came from is what you are quoted against.
Laid out
Royal Beige across a floor
A photograph shows one slab on a stand. This shows the stone tile after tile — where the pattern repeats, how far the tone drifts across a batch, and what the joint does to it. Every tile here is cut from a different part of the surface, the way material comes out of a real crate.
Indicative layout. Tone drift is deliberate — no two tiles from one batch match exactly, and a laid floor should never look like one photograph repeated.
In the room
Royal Beige against your wall colour
Nobody buys stone on a white background. Put Royal Beige on the floor, up the wall or across a worktop, set the colour it will actually sit against, and change the light — the same three questions every client asks on a site visit, answered before the sample ships.
A scene, not a render of your project: proportions are indicative and colour on a screen is never the colour in a room. Send us the drawings and we will lay the real slab sizes out against your setting-out.
Surface
Royal Beige, close up
The slab above turns; this is the same stone at the size it sits in your hand. Change the finish and it re-cuts.
Roughly a 130 mm span of Royal Beige, polished. A rendered preview, not a photograph of stock — ask for a physical sample before you specify.

Formats
How Royal Beige is supplied
Blocks
Quarry blocks selected and squared. Typical 2.6 – 3.0 × 1.5 × 1.5 m, 18 – 30 tonnes. Sold by m³, loaded on flat rack or in-container with steel cradles.
Gangsaw slabs
Full-size slabs from the gangsaw. Marble typically 2.6 – 3.0 × 1.6 – 1.9 m in 2 cm and 3 cm; granite 2 cm and 3 cm. Bundled by block so vein sequence is preserved.

Cut-to-size
Worked to your drawings — worktops, vanity tops, cladding panels, mitres, cut-outs, drainage grooves, undermount polishing. Supplied piece-marked to a setting-out plan. How a cut-to-size order runs
Steps and risers
Treads with bullnose, half-bullnose or eased edge, anti-slip grooving on request, matched risers and stringers.

Asked about this stone
Royal Beige — questions buyers ask
Does every slab carry the gold?
No. The gold thread comes through in the better blocks rather than across the whole production, so it is a selection, not a standard feature of the name. Say at enquiry stage if the gold matters and we will quote against blocks that carry it.
Can we run Royal Beige through a whole floor plate?
You can, but it is not how the stone is usually specified. The brown drift is strong enough to carry a single surface on its own, which is why it tends to go on the lobby floor, the stair or the reception desk while a quieter beige takes the rest of the areas.
Is it suitable for external cladding or paving?
Not as we finish it. The faces we produce in Royal Beige are polished, honed, brushed and antique — none of the abraded external finishes — and every application on the record is interior. For the same warm palette outside, ask about Golden Sinai or Hashma Beige.
Will a repeat order match the first one?
Availability is medium and both the brown drift and the gold vary block to block, so a phased job should come out of one block or one selection. Take the full quantity in a single order where the programme allows it.
