What has to travel with it
Certificate of origin and standard export documentation. Arab preference certification is available where the destination qualifies.
03 — What sells here
Stone that suits the United Arab Emirates
Hotel and residential fit-out drives the beige and cream trade; dark granite goes into worktops and feature cladding. Fabricators here buy cut-to-size to drawing rather than raw slabs, which is the work our factory is set up for.

Paving & hardscape
Granite paving for UAE projects
Parking areas, plazas and streetscape in the UAE are specified as granite paving cubes — grey and light, flamed and tumbled, 100 × 100 mm at 60 mm for pedestrian areas and 80 mm where vehicles run — with kerbs from the same stone. We price a paving bill of quantities line by line, CIF Jebel Ali or Khalifa Port, with the container count for every thickness.

Buying from Egypt, into the United Arab Emirates
Do you supply cut-to-size to drawing?
Yes — worktops, vanity tops, cladding panels, mitres and cut-outs, piece-marked against your setting-out plan.
Can you match a stone we are already using?
Send a photograph and, if you have one, an offcut. We will tell you honestly whether we can match it or only get close.
How long from order to Jebel Ali?
Lead time depends on the specification and is confirmed in writing with the proforma invoice. The sea leg to Jebel Ali comes on top.
Quoting for the United Arab Emirates?
Send the stone, the finish, the thickness, the quantity and the destination port. You get FOB and CIF prices and a lead time, usually within one working day.
