What has to travel with it

Libya is a GAFTA member, so an Arab preference certificate of origin legalised through the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce removes duty on qualifying Egyptian goods. Wooden crates and pallets are heat treated and marked to ISPM 15. Confirm the current documentary requirements with your clearing agent before shipment — Libyan procedure has changed more than once in recent years.
