Transit times are indicative port-to-port sailing times and exclude customs and inland haulage. Confirm at booking — they move with the season and the service.

02 — Paperwork

What has to travel with it

A certificate of origin, the commercial invoice, the packing list and the bill of lading travel with every container, and timber packaging is heat treated and marked to ISPM 15. Import duty applies under Montenegro's customs tariff: confirm the rate and any conformity requirement for construction products with your customs broker before we load. Tell us at quotation stage what your specification requires. For the stone you select we arrange water absorption, flexural strength and abrasion tests at an accredited laboratory.

Stone that suits Montenegro

Building on the Montenegrin coast is bought to drawing: stair treads and risers, facade panels, window sills and terrace paving, cut to size for hotels, apartments and villas. Granite takes most of the external work, New Halayeb among it, cut to size and shipped CFR Bar; Galala and Sunny Menia marble go inside, on floors and walls.

Buying from Egypt, into Montenegro

Can you ship CFR Bar?

Yes. We quote CFR or CIF Bar, or FOB Alexandria if you book your own freight. The transit time depends on the sailing and is confirmed when the container is booked.

Do you cut to drawing?

Yes. Stair treads, risers, facade panels, sills and paving are cut to your drawings, piece-marked and crated against a setting-out plan. New Halayeb granite is one of the stones we cut to size for Montenegro.

What is the minimum order?

One 20 ft container. Different stones, finishes and piece sizes can travel in the same container.

How do we pay?

Payment is 50 % in advance, 30 % on your approval of the finished production and 20 % before shipping.
