Rosa El Nasr comes out of the same Aswan district as the red and has the same coarse crystal, but the feldspar runs pink instead of oxblood and the whole stone sits a value lighter — a soft pink ground with grey and black speckle picking through it. At building scale that lightness is the point: a full elevation clad in it stays warm and calm where the same elevation in Aswan Red would be heavy with colour, and facades are the first thing it is specified for. Availability is very high, so whole-facade quantities are realistic rather than aspirational. Five finishes are cut, flamed, bush-hammered and sandblasted among them, which covers external work; leathered is not one of them. Kerbs and steps are in the format list and cobbles are not, so a scheme that needs setts has to take them from another Aswan granite.
Ghiandone Aswan is the other Aswan pink, but there the pink arrives as large feldspar crystals set in a grey ground — a texture you notice from close range. Rosa El Nasr is pink overall and even, and its availability is very high against Ghiandone's medium, which makes it the cladding stone of the two.

How Rosa El Nasr is supplied
Blocks
Quarry blocks selected and squared. Typical 2.6 – 3.0 × 1.5 × 1.5 m, 18 – 30 tonnes. Sold by m³, loaded on flat rack or in-container with steel cradles.
Gangsaw slabs
Full-size slabs from the gangsaw. Marble typically 2.6 – 3.0 × 1.6 – 1.9 m in 2 cm and 3 cm; granite 2 cm and 3 cm. Bundled by block so vein sequence is preserved.
Tiles
Calibrated tiles in 30×30, 30×60, 40×40, 60×60, 60×120 cm and free length, 1.0 – 3.0 cm. Edges straight-cut or bevelled, back-mesh on request.

Rosa El Nasr — questions buyers ask
Is there enough of it for a whole facade?
Yes — availability is listed as very high, which is what separates it from the pinks that come in occasional blocks. Ghiandone Aswan, the other Aswan pink, is listed at medium, so a full elevation in that one is a harder quantity to assemble.
How does it sit next to Aswan Red on the same building?
The crystal size is the same and the district is the same, so at close range the two read as one material. Only colour and value change, which means banding the red into a Rosa El Nasr field gives you a colour change without a texture change.
Which finish for cladding and which for paving?
Paving takes flamed or bush-hammered; sandblasted gives good slip resistance with a finer texture. On cladding, polished holds the pink strongest and honed lets the grey and black speckle come forward. Leathered is not cut on this stone.
Does it come as cobbles?
No. Kerbs and steps are in the format list; cobbles are not. For setts in the same family, Aswan Red and Grey Aswan are the Aswan granites cut as cobbles.
