02 — Paperwork

What has to travel with it

A certificate of origin, the commercial invoice, the packing list and the bill of lading travel with every container, and timber packaging is heat treated and marked to ISPM 15. Confirm the import duty and any requirement for construction products with your customs broker before we load. For the stone you select we arrange water absorption, flexural strength and abrasion tests at an accredited laboratory.

What is the smallest order?

One 20 ft container. Several stones and thicknesses can share it.

Can you supply a whole hotel project?

Send the bill of quantities by area — floors, walls, bathrooms, outdoor — and we quote stone by stone with the container count, so you can see how the shipments fall.

Can you send samples first?

Yes: cut samples by courier, paid by the buyer.
