02 — Paperwork

What has to travel with it

A certificate of origin, the commercial invoice, the packing list and the bill of lading travel with every container, and timber packaging is heat treated and marked to ISPM 15. Confirm the import duty and any product requirement with your customs broker before we load. For the stone you select we arrange water absorption, flexural strength and abrasion tests at an accredited laboratory.

Buying from Egypt, into Thailand

What is the smallest order?

One 20 ft container. Several stones and thicknesses can share it.

Do you supply cut-to-size for fit-out?

Yes: tiles, vanity tops, wall panels and steps cut to your drawings and piece-marked against your setting-out plan.

Can you send samples first?

Yes: cut samples by courier, paid by the buyer.

Quoting for Thailand?

Send the stone, the finish, the thickness, the quantity and the destination port. You get FOB and CIF prices and a lead time, usually within one working day.
