Drag the slab to turn it, or use the arrow keys. Switching finish re-renders the surface — polished throws a hard specular, the abraded finishes open the surface up and knock the colour back.
Sahara Gold is a warm sand-beige carrying a fine golden aggregate, and it exists for a specific reason: projects built on Galala and Sunny marble need a worktop material that belongs to the same warm family. A cool white quartz beside golden Minya marble reads as a mistake; this one sits with it. The aggregate is fine and evenly spread, so the surface works as a background rather than a feature, which is what kitchen tops, vanities, reception desks, splashbacks and hotel fit-out actually want. It will not be an identical match to the marble, because marble varies block to block and an engineered colour does not; the point is that the two sit in the same register rather than arguing across a room. Supplied to order in slabs and cut-to-size, polished or honed.
Pure White is the neutral on the line, made to disappear under whatever is around it. Sahara Gold is the warm one, and in a scheme that already has Galala or Sunny in it the white will read cold where this will not.

Photographs
Sahara Gold in the yard
We are photographing this material now. Until the shoot is done, the turning slab and the close-up below are renderings, and the honest answer to “what does it actually look like” is a sample in your hand.
No photographs yet. Ask us for the current slab and block photographs of Sahara Gold — we shoot them on request, in the yard, with a scale in frame. A cut sample goes out by courier the same week.
Laid out
Sahara Gold across a floor
A photograph shows one slab on a stand. This shows the stone tile after tile — where the pattern repeats, how far the tone drifts across a batch, and what the joint does to it. Every tile here is cut from a different part of the surface, the way material comes out of a real crate.
Indicative layout. Tone drift is deliberate — no two tiles from one batch match exactly, and a laid floor should never look like one photograph repeated.
In the room
Sahara Gold against your wall colour
Nobody buys stone on a white background. Put Sahara Gold on the floor, up the wall or across a worktop, set the colour it will actually sit against, and change the light — the same three questions every client asks on a site visit, answered before the sample ships.
A scene, not a render of your project: proportions are indicative and colour on a screen is never the colour in a room. Send us the drawings and we will lay the real slab sizes out against your setting-out.
Surface
Sahara Gold, close up
The slab above turns; this is the same stone at the size it sits in your hand. Change the finish and it re-cuts.
Roughly a 130 mm span of Sahara Gold, polished. A rendered preview, not a photograph of stock — ask for a physical sample before you specify.

Formats
How Sahara Gold is supplied
Gangsaw slabs
Full-size slabs from the gangsaw. Marble typically 2.6 – 3.0 × 1.6 – 1.9 m in 2 cm and 3 cm; granite 2 cm and 3 cm. Bundled by block so vein sequence is preserved.
Cut-to-size
Worked to your drawings — worktops, vanity tops, cladding panels, mitres, cut-outs, drainage grooves, undermount polishing. Supplied piece-marked to a setting-out plan. How a cut-to-size order runs

Asked about this stone
Sahara Gold — questions buyers ask
Will it match our Galala floor exactly?
No, and it should not be sold as a match. Galala varies block to block while an engineered colour is held constant, so treat it as a tonal pairing rather than a colour match and put samples of both side by side before you commit.
Can you see the gold aggregate from standing height?
It is fine and evenly distributed, so from across a kitchen the top reads as a plain warm beige and the aggregate only shows close up. If you want particles you can read across a room, that is Terrazzo Nile, not this.
We only need a couple of slabs — is that enough to order?
The quartz range is made to order and a minimum applies per colour, so check with us before you write Sahara Gold into a small specification. On a one-kitchen job it can be quicker to take a natural beige off the marble side of the catalogue.
