Pure White is the flat one: no vein, no cloud, no visible aggregate — the surface specified when the worktop is meant to disappear behind the joinery. For whoever fabricates it, the useful consequence is that it has no direction. Nothing needs matching, so pieces can be nested any way round on the slab and offcuts stay usable. The trade-off is that a plain white hides nothing at a joint. On a patterned slab a seam breaks into the veining; here it is a straight line across an empty field, so the two slabs either side of it have to be the same white. That is what batch control is for — colour is held at batch level, so a kitchen delivered in two shipments still matches. Take the splashback from the same batch as the tops: on a plain white, half a shade off is obvious in a way it never is on a veined slab.
Super White is the same white ground with a crystalline aggregate worked through it. Side by side, Pure White is flatter and a touch warmer, Super White cooler and brighter under a downlight. If a drawing says "plain white" it means this one; if it says "bright white", ask which of the two is intended.

Gangsaw slabs
Full-size slabs from the gangsaw. Marble typically 2.6 – 3.0 × 1.6 – 1.9 m in 2 cm and 3 cm; granite 2 cm and 3 cm. Bundled by block so vein sequence is preserved.

Pure White — questions buyers ask
Will a second delivery match the first?
Colour is held at batch level, so a kitchen that ships in two consignments matches. If a second phase is months away, say so at the order stage — on a white with no pattern there is nowhere for a shade difference to hide.
Polished or honed?
Both are made. Polished throws a hard reflection which, on a surface with nothing to look at, mostly gives you back the room and the downlights; honed keeps it matt, which is usually the better answer on the reception desks and wall cladding it is also listed for.
Is there a minimum order?
The quartz programme is made to order and a minimum applies per colour, so Pure White is not a material to order a single vanity top of. Talk to us before you specify it on a small job.
Can desk fronts and cladding come off the same slabs as the tops?
Yes — it is supplied as slabs and as cut-to-size. Ask for the whole package out of one batch so that a reception desk front and its top read as one piece rather than as two whites.
